Ahimsa Studio is run by me, Lhasa Wild, as a sole trader. This page explains what personal data I collect through this website and my studio services, why I collect it, and what rights you have over it. I’m the data controller for any information collected here.
I only collect what I actually need to run the studio and respond to you. The main ways your data reaches me are:
I keep the number of third parties involved as small as possible, and only work with providers I’ve checked for genuine UK GDPR compliance:
I don’t sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone for marketing purposes, and I don’t use Google services for handling client or subscriber data.
This website does not currently use cookies or third party tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes, for example if I add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and you’ll be asked for consent where required.
Enquiry and booking information is kept only as long as needed to deliver your session and meet any legal record keeping requirements (for example, basic financial records), then deleted. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it, whichever comes first.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask me at any time to:
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ahimsastudio.co.uk. I’m registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If you’re ever unhappy with how your data has been handled, you also have the right to complain directly to the ICO.
If anything material changes, particularly once the booking system is live, I’ll update this page and note the date at the top.
